When goods are in stock they will be dispatched within
5 working days.
If goods are on order they will be dispatched within 5
working days of the receipt of new stock. If you have been
waiting a while and want an update then please drop us a
line.
What are you postage and packing charges?
We intend to charge a reasonable amount for postage and
to use top quality packaging. Our retail postal charges
depend on the total value of your order:
£0.01 - £10: £3
£10.01 - £25: £4
£25.01 - £75: £6
£75.01 - £300: £8
£300.01 upwards: £12
What if it doesn't fit or I find a fault?
Your satisfaction is a top priority for us. Though we aim
to give as much information as possible on the site we recognize
that you will only really know that you are happy with your
purchase when you have received it.
If you are not completely happy with the quality and fit
of your garment then drop us a line or send it back in the
condition your received it within 5 working days. We will
be happy to send you a replacement or a refund.
Postage and packing will, of course, be refunded in the
event of a manufacturing fault.
What if I'm pissed off about something?
